STABLING

• Box Stalls    $425.00 (10'x14'). $450.00 (12'x14') per mounth due on the first of month
• Covered double runs (20' x 32'   $300.00 Covered Runs (10' x32') 250.00 per month due on the first of month

Barn policy

• all horses coming in must have health and coggins papers
• Shots and worming must be kept current to barn standards
• Owners are responsible for damages caused by their horses
• Turn-outs and paddocks are available for supervised usage
• Dogs must be kept on a leash
• No jumping while lessons are in progress (you may wait or use a different ring)
• Please clean up after your horse, be considerate of others and the facilities, groom, wash areas
• Turn-outs are on a first come basis, Do not leave your horse unattended in these areas

• Blanketing and sheeting   (Private contract)
• Turning out  (Private contract)
• Holding for Farrier $10.00
• Medications and bandaging    Price varies for degree of care

Lessons

Lessons to be paid at time of service, or upon a monthly billing for boarders

• Scheduled private $50.00
• Semi-private $35.00
• Lesson blocks <10 lessons> $300.00
• Training rides $35.00
• Full training $500.00 per month

• $35.00 for over fence classes
• $40.00 for under saddles
• $75.00 per day
• $50.00 for catch rides

Stalled shows costs

• Grooms will be available, one per three horses $40.00perday
• Shavings to be purchased at shows

Stall cleaning
• can be done as self care
• Or we can. $10.00 per day+ shavings

These costs to be divided evenly among show customers

• Tack/rooms groom stalls
• Trainer hotel
