LEOPARD FROG

Distribution: Southern Canada to Mexico. Size:Usually 2" to 3.5" can reach 5". Temperament : A nervous frog that will settle in captivity and are cannibalistic. Hardiness: very hardy, keep separate. Sexing: When in breeding condition Males have looser throat skin. Food: Fish, crickets, night crawlers and small mice. Housing : Small groups can be housed in a a terrarium with 5" of water with half sunken rocks and floating bark- use filter. Water: use only dechlorinated water, change every day. Temperature: Day 66-86f, provide 80 humidity. Lighting: A full spectrum UVA and UVB lighting is recommended. Heating:Submersible heater.

TIGER SALAMANDER

Distribution: Eastern and Central North America . Size: Can reach about 6" to 12". Temperament : A shy animal, likes to hide in shelters.. Hardiness: very hardy. Sexing: Males have larger tail with swollen bulges. Food: Crickets and various insects,meal worms and worms. Adults need Large crickets and pink mice. Calcium supplement for juveniles. Housing : A 20 gal terrarium with landscaping including shelters ,live or artificial plants. Water: Provide a large shallow dish for drinking and soaking. Use only dechlorinated water. Temperature: Day 68-86f, night 59f. Lighting:No artificial lighting is required. Heating:No artificial heating needed.
