We offer horses for lease to help bridge the gap between learning to ride on school horses and preparing for horse ownership. In our lease program you will gain more depth of knowledge by focusing on working consistently with one horse. Other benefits include extra time in the saddle and priority use for competitions and clinics. The best part is our flat rate pricing lets you explore the benefits horse ownership without the risk of unpredictable expenses. Leasing is only available to current students.

In-Barn Half Lease
Half-leases include 3 days per week of exclusive use of the horse. One of these three rides is required to be in a group, semi-private or private lesson of your choosing, and not included in the pricing. This option is designed for riders to work with a horse for a full year, and is an excellent option for intermediate riders looking to improve their riding with a reliable partner before considering the purchase of a horse.
6 month commitments are priced at an average of $500/month.

Competitive Full Lease
Full leases involve using the leased horse full time as if it were your own. Pricing structure fluctuates greatly depending on the caliber of the horse, and additional costs include maintaining insurance coverage on the animal. This option is the closest thing to owning your own horse, and is intended for riders wanting to seriously pursue competitive goals, without the long term commitment of horse ownership.

Buying a horse is both an exciting adventure and a significant investment in both time and financial resources. Our team of professionals is here to guide you through the process to ensure you find a suitable match for your personality, riding goals, and budget.
Horse shopping services are commission based at a rate of 10% of the horse’s purchase cost, with a $1,000 minimum commission.

Selling Horses
Are you ready to move on from your current horse? We offer services to market your animal, coordinate and supervise test-ride appointments, and assist with paperwork transfers. Our expertise and professional connections make finding an excellent new home for your horse a reality.
Horse consignment services are commission based at a rate of 10% of the horse’s sale price, with a $1,000 minimum commission. The owner is responsible for all boarding, training, and care costs during the consignment period.
